There is a call for applications for the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) 2024. The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme 2023 is open to International Students From Anywhere In The World. It is possible to enter the PhD Program directly after completing a Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of schooling). The Hong Kong PhD Scholarship is open to those with a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree. The Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme: How to Apply.
Before applying for PhD admission, qualified applicants must submit an Initial Application through the Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) by 1 December 2023 at 12:00:00 Hong Kong Time to receive a HKPFS Reference Number.
Under HKPFS 2024/25, Ph.D. candidates may apply to a maximum of two programs/departments at either one or two universities. They need to meet the standards set forth by the colleges and majors they intend to enroll in.
Candidates should submit their initial applications as early as possible to ensure they have enough time to submit applications to universities, as the deadlines for some of the universities may follow that of the Initial Application.
