- Residents of the USA and international students alike are eligible to apply for scholarships.
- Higher lyceum or 12 years of education is required for bachelor’s programs.
- The prerequisite for master’s degree programs is a bachelor’s degree.
- Completed master’s degree required for PhD programs.
- At the time of application, a Master’s degree requires a minimum age of 35 and a Ph.D. requires a minimum age of 40.
- High academic standing.
