The Malaysian government is offering a Fully Funded Master’s Degree Scholarship In 2023 Through The MTCP. The Malaysian government is in support of the MTCP Scholarship. Students at both public and private universities in Malaysia are eligible to apply for and receive funding from the MTCP Scholarship Program in order to pursue and earn a Master’s degree. Anyone, even from a developing country, can apply. There is no requirement to take IELTS. Everything from airfare to housing to food to tuition to a monthly stipend to a book allowance and more is covered by the Malaysian Tuition and Cost of Living Scholarship (MTCP).
