Admission Requirements for Master, PhD, and MBA Programs
- For those pursuing a Master’s degree, you should:
- An undergraduate degree that lasts four years
- A GPA of 3.00 or above on a scale of 4.00 or equivalent and a GPA of 3.00 in the main field.
There are wo options for PhD programs.
Master’s of Science (after a four-year B.S. degree)
Both a B.S. and an M.S. degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 or an equivalent are required.
For those pursuing an MBA:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- A GPA of at least 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 or the like is required.
- An introduction to differentiation and integration in college-level mathematics is required.
- Computer proficiency is shown by the completion of at least one course in the subject area (e.g., data processing, programming, information systems, etc.).
Full-time job experience for at least a year would be ideal. Graduate assistants, research assistants, and candidates with extraordinary academic records may be exempt from this requirement.

- Complete official transcripts are available for download here. Transcripts for PhD and Master’s applicants are required; for Master’s applicants, transcripts are required. In order to have an authentic transcript, the transcript should include the names of all courses completed, as well as the grades they received.
- After submitting your online application, you will be asked to provide three (3) letters of recommendation from your academic references.
